Your Profile

You can have a Personal or Company (shared) account (or both of course but please note your email address is a unique identifier so it can only be used on one account).

Complete your profile in as much detail as you are happy to share. The more the better if you want to be found. You must complete the 10 essential fields to fully access the site. When the progress bar hits 100% you are ready. Although you must select a Main Sector, you can still access and be found in any sector. For Company / shared accounts not all the fields will apply to you but the essential ones are generic. All sections of your profile are searchable but your CV / Resume (if attached) is not. This is visible only to those with Corporate membership.

Jobs Wanted / Career Help

Jobs Wanted advertising: Free advertising for yourself if you are actively looking for a job and want to get noticed. Just activate Jobs Wanted via your My Profile area. This will display you on the Jobs Wanted section of your main Sector, plus adds a blue button to your profile saying you are looking for a role (linked to your posting). You can edit or stop this via My Profile / Jobs Wanted at any time.

Coaching Services: If you have Corporate membership, we are happy to offer professional career advice on your CV / Resume, writing tips, things to avoid, helpful suggestions and other questions related to job applications. We offer this on request subject to availability.

We also have long standing relationships with several coaches and HR consulting professionals who offer a range of services, from gold-standard psychometric services for recruitment situations to personal development to advising corporates on people strategies, salary benchmarking, talent structuring and more. Our relationships mean we can offer discounts on their services.

Searching / Viewing

Search for anyone in the Members search bar and their profile will appear regardless of which sector you, or they, are in. The Member search works with a keyword search, just enter words separated by a space. These are ‘and’ searches, so the more words you use the tighter the search and fewer results will appear. This searches all words in profiles, including drop-down choices. Filter Search is available to search in a different way or really zero in on people.

Messaging People

Provided you have you have Corporate membership you can send unlimited messages via our internal messaging system to anyone of interest, which can include a pdf attachment (subject to fair usage and Terms). Messages trigger an email to the user’s external email. There is no requirement to ‘link’ to the person first and neither do we limit the number of messages or people you can send to. We ask that you respect others’ privacy and ensure any messages you send are appropriate and comply with our Terms. We believe the requirement to have a paid membership will ensure better quality communication and minimise the chance of spam or unwanted contacts.

Privacy Mechanisms

You can easily block / unblock individual members from contacting you again via My Messages . You can also disable notifications we may send. These can be toggled on/off at will. If you have a more serious concern about a particular member’s messages, postings or behaviour please Contact us. We promise to investigate all requests promptly.

Articles

This is a free-to-use, sector-specific place to post articles, discussion or thought pieces, provided you have completed the required fields on your profile. All posts are moderated for content before being made live. Anyone can reply to an article and the author is alerted by email so you can start a discussion. You can add a main image to your article and embed images and/or links. You can also upload a pdf document (to 5MB).

Please note: We respectfully ask that you do not use this section to advertise things – please use the paid Jobs, Events or Business pages for this which are more prominent. Any obvious advertisements or questionable content will not be posted. Thanks for your understanding.

Intelligence

If you have content you would like to share such as helpful videos, sector-specific presentations, reports, white papers or other intelligence you can suggest it to us to display on our Intelligence pages. We will review it and upload if appropriate. Please ensure that any content you send us is in the public domain and/or you have any required permissions before sending it. NobleNet will check all suggestions to the best of our ability but cannot be responsible for errors or omissions. The sender is wholly responsible for ensuring content is suitable for our audience, free from any viruses or malware before sending and does not break any of our Terms. To access our library of Intelligence you need Corporate membership.

Job Advertising

Job advertisements last for 90 days and are then archived. You can edit or reactivate for FREE via the My Adverts link on the lower navigation bar. We also post most advertisements on our external social media channels (LinkedIn, X ) to further publicise the post and maximise your audience.

For Jobs advertisements you can choose to receive candidates via NobleNet or by adding a link to an external site. You can also elect to make a post confidential – this means that the post is live so you can still collect candidates if you send the live URL to people BUT the role will not appear on the live listings on NobleNet, so is effectively confidential.

Talent Acquisition Service

This is offered for clients who would like us to help in the recruitment process. We advertise for you across all relevant sectors for up to 90 days, post the role on our available social media channels, screen candidates using our specialist recruitment partner and send you the best for your follow up. This service is chargeable as shown. We offer a full guarantee if the service is unsuccessful in hiring a candidate in that we will happily credit 100% of the amount paid (net of VAT) against any other service offered by NobleNet or our partner, provided this is used within 6 months of using the service.

Events Advertising

Events advertisements will be live until event date. You can edit or reactivate for FREE via the My Adverts link on the lower navigation bar (your Executive membership needs to be live to see this). We also post most advertisements on our external social media channels (LinkedIn, X) to further publicise the post and maximise your audience.

Media Partnerships

If you are interested in free advertising via a media partnership, please get in touch. We have a long history of successfully helping boost attendance on events worldwide. We have different levels of partnership. Our basic agreement means you advertise free on our site in exchange for listing our logo / text as a media partner. We can be more proactive in helping you however in return for a complimentary event ticket or other marketing exposure for our business. Reciprocal Marketing

If you are interested in free advertising via some reciprocal marketing, please get in touch. We can offer different degrees of free advertising on our site if you display our banner on your site or promote us in some capacity. Contact us to discuss.  

Advertising Banners

Why not promote your business or event more prominently by placing an advertising banner on our site? You can place a horizontal (Leaderboard) banner at the bottom of the Homepage and main pages of the site. You can also place a vertical (Skyscraper) banner on any of the 12 Sectors of the site.

All slots are randomised and rotating slots which refresh on page load. We have a maximum of 10 banners per slot at any one time and displayed pricing is based on this number. We therefore cannot guarantee your advert will show all the time but it should be seen frequently. Banners are priced individually and we are happy to offer packages for multi-page or multi-month banner displays.
