Job Description

High profile opportunity to play a key leadership role in shaping and developing consulting related activities of the company. The role will establish and implement a consulting vision, objectives, and strategy for predictable and material revenue and margin contribution, build a winning team and maintain a consulting strategy to deliver consistent revenue growth year-over-year.

Job Requirements

• Twenty years of experience in chemical and or energy industry consulting and consulting team management.
• Broad knowledge of the chemical and energy industries.
• Widely recognized by industry as a chemical and or energy expert.
• Proven track record for writing and negotiating detailed consulting contracts for win-win outcomes that deliver fair consultancy profit and client delight.
• Comprehensive understanding of normal terms & conditions of consulting agreements and the associated risks and risk management tools.
• Demonstrated successful engineering and / or consulting project management experience.
• Understands regional business practice cultural differences; demonstrated experience managing multi-cultural teams and projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of regional energy cost paradigms and relative energy advantages and disadvantages with respect to chemical markets.
• Skilled and persuasive writer and speaker at all levels, including C-suite.
• Understands the company’s business model.
• Advanced computer skills that facilitate white space analysis.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
