Born in 2000 we have weathered many changes in the chemicals cycle, world economy and recruitment patterns. Our simple model set out 21 years ago of sector focus, quality delivery, genuine integrity and a nimble approach has won us a wonderful client base (we thank you) and has never been more relevant for the world in 2021. As a company we have grown from just 1 employee to a great team of over 20 based in Europe, USA and Asia and leveraged by over 70 senior industry advisors.

What’s changed? A sharpened focus on our core strengths of executive search in all things ‘chemical’ which now embraces those wonderful elements of the periodic table, Lithium and Hydrogen in developing bench strength in clean energy. We are also polishing up expertise from our earliest roles in 2000 in rare earth metals, now back in the spotlight as never before, and expanding our reach into biocatalysis, green, renewable and the circular economy.
